Registrations will start on Monday June 26, 2023, from 16h00 to 18h00 at:

Please make sure to show the confirmation email (sent a few days before the conference) with your conference ID to the registration desk.

Make sure to bring this confirmation email with your ID number either printed or in your mobile phone.

If you cannot come and register on June 26, you can also register the following days.The procedure will be the same for the rest of the days. You can come to the registration desk with your confirmation email and you will be able to collect your badge.

However, we strongly recommend you to register on Monday June 26, from 16h00 to 18h00, in order to avoid crowds on Tuesday June 27, 2023, before the Opening Ceremony.
